I have, however, planned out various means of exterminating several local crows. This is just one of many odd signs she posts though. So weird. What are you supposed to do about it? Stay home all day with a stick and an airhorn? I could understand if some are building nests, but beyond that it's pretty hard to control the movement of birds.
