		<description>I&#039;d like to agree with you about reply name being part of the character limit, but I think because of the mobile nature or intention on Twitter&#039;s part, they would have had to have some other way to indicate that the message was directed at you when viewing your stream. I&#039;m sure there are few people that have mobile notifications on for everyone (that would be insane unless you&#039;re only following 10 people lol) but you wouldn&#039;t be able to tell in a text message who was being addressed. Or am I missing something?</description>

		<description>I think they should have made it so that the reply (as long as it was first) would not have the name count towards the message characters. 

I&#039;ve noticed the trend in spam accounts but they still dont get the point, I cant see what your spamming with me if I am not following you!
