I got home last night and managed to catch the tag end of Saturday Night Live’s Presidential Bash. I have to say I was glued to the TV like a fat kid to a smartie. While it was incredibly funny, I found it equally sad that the collective leaders of the free world were participating in it.

I don’t know what’s going to happen with the election today, but I’d like to go home and glue myself to the TV for the rest of the day to find out (though I’m sure I’ll hear everything there is to hear about the US Election by following #votereport on Twitter). This election has the potential to change the world, I think, moreso than any other in US history.

For anyone who didn’t see it, though, the Sarah Palin rap done by Amy Poehler was absolutely hilarious, but you tell me if laughter is the only thing it conjures up for you…
